(Czech) V pátek 25.11.2011 proběhl v pražském klubu Válec křest dalšího kusu do každé vodácké knihovničky. Nazev slibuje spoustu emocí, tak se moc těším, až ji celou přečtu.

In this „H2Omovie“ we will paddle in Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Australia (Tasmania – CZ expedition Franklin river 2010), USA (Idaho – Payette river, CZ expedition Colorado – Grand Canyon 2011), France (Corse), New Zealand, Norway, Albania and of course in CR in Prague.

When I got to Idaho U.S. a few weeks ago I had no idea what kind of experience Payette and its North Fork arm can possibly be. I went down the lower and middle part of a 15 mile run rated WW5 and after having gone down this bit a few times I heard that there’s something called “Vertical Mile”.

The canoe & kayak race held on the river Moldau (Vltava) was one of the most famous water races of the 1920’s. The race wound over many rapids and wiers on its way from České Budějovice to Prague. However once the dam cascades on Moldau (Vltava) were built the race had ended.
